What belongs in a mist brief?
| Decision | Useful information to send |
|---|---|
| Application | Body mist or hair mist; describe the expected use without assuming one formula covers both. |
| Spray feel | A fine, even cloud or a more directed spray; include a product reference when the distinction is hard to describe. |
| Container | Desired ml, bottle material, shape, pump and cap. Send an existing pack if you want the new range to match it. |
| Label | Sales country, label language, proposed claims and any ingredient restrictions from the buyer. |
Separate fragrance feedback from spray feedback
The fragrance trial
Comment on the scent direction, intensity and the changes you want. Identify the sample code and use the trial only as instructed for its intended application.
The assembled spray pack
Assess the spray pattern, actuation, closure fit and handling. The final liquid and the selected dispensing system need to be evaluated together.
Extending an existing perfume into a mist
Send the perfume’s reference and explain the connection you want: a similar scent direction, matching visual presentation or both. Keep the mist’s formula, bottle and artwork references separate from those of the perfume.
Before printing claims such as conditioning or protective, establish what the selected formulation and supporting information justify. Sample scope, charges and dates are quoted for that work.
Questions buyers ask
Can I use the perfume bottle from my current range?
Send its material, neck and pump references. Bottle appearance alone does not establish compatibility with the proposed mist formulation or dispensing requirements.
Do body and hair versions count as one product?
List each intended application, formula, size and design in the enquiry. Anna can then assess the specifications and quantities separately.
